Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026 • 100% Client-Side Privacy Architecture
1. Zero Content Collection Commitment
LinkedIn Text Formatter is built from the ground up as a pure client-side application. When you paste, type, or format text in our editor, every character transformation, Unicode conversion, and feed preview simulation executes entirely within your local web browser's JavaScript runtime.
We do not transmit your drafted posts, headlines, notes, or ideas to any backend servers, external APIs, databases, or third-party artificial intelligence engines.
2. Local Storage Usage
Our application uses browser localStorage solely for your personal user experience preferences:
- Theme Preference: Storing whether you prefer Light Mode or Dark Mode.
- Language Selection: Remembering your chosen UI language so you do not need to reselect it upon refreshing.
- Editor Draft Cache: Optionally saving your in-progress draft strictly inside your own device's browser memory so accidental tab refreshes do not lose your work.
This data remains on your device and is never uploaded, tracked, or monetized.
3. Third-Party Fonts and Assets
To maintain visual readability, we load modern typefaces (Geist and Geist Mono) via Google Fonts. When your browser requests these font files, standard network headers (such as IP address and user-agent) are handled by Google's CDN according to their standard privacy practices.
4. No Account Required
You will never be asked to create an account, log in with LinkedIn, provide credit card numbers, or share your email address to use this service. The tool is 100% free and open for public professional use.
5. Contact Information
